WEEPING MAY ENDURE FOR A NIGHT BUT JOY COMES IN THE MORNING.

Psalm 30:5 NKJV
Have you ever prayed so hard for something for months and it seemed God wasn’t answering, and you just didn’t know what to do? You were always crying. Always on the verge of a mental breakdown. Everything made you angry. Well, have no fear, I’ve been there! And guess what?! That season ended.
Sometimes God has us in season where it feels like He just isn’t there or He’s not going to move. In the moment it seems so overwhelming, BUT once He puts an end to the night you can always look back and see why He had you in that season of wondering and waiting. Most of the times I’ve found in my own life He was trying to show me what being content in Him really looked like. He was trying to grow and cultivate me, and the cheesy statement “what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger” really is true.
At times going through the fire was God’s will for us so we could endure more and BE MORE FOR HIM. I don’t say all of this to dismiss real and valid feelings we have when we go through hard times or a silent season with God, but to encourage you with the hope that we have in Christ who will bring an end to your night and exchange it for joy in the morning. I believe it because He said it in His Word and God truly is a man of His word and He does not lie.
So, be encouraged today that whatever night you are going through God will bring an end to it and give you JOY!
